AMERSFOORT, THE NETHERLANDS — Six pet industry experts will participate in a roundtable discussion on the current situation facing the industry during GlobalPETS Forum Asia on Nov. 13. The video will be streamed at 9 a.m. CET.

Experts participating in the roundtable discussion include Luciano Ponza, commercial director of Italian pet product company Ferplast; Karolina Capova, head of product development for VAFO Group, based in the Czech Republic; Matthieu Haurit, chief executive officer of Zolux Group in France; Bill Sherk, chief executive officer of US-based MiracleCorp Products; Marlou Mulders, marketing and sales director for Netherlands-based Prins Petfoods; and Monica Ferrigno, owner of Ildoppiosegno, an Italian design studio blog covering the pet industry.

Corine van Winden, chief executive officer of PETS International, will moderate the discussion.

Additionally, representatives of Bilfinger Tebodin, a consulting and engineering firm, will discuss several aspects of plant construction and renovation in Europe, including technical, environmental and legal aspects, as well as strategic location planning and engineering. The discussion will include a virtual tour of a European pet food plant.

These conversations will happen during the China International Pet Show, a business-to-business pet industry exhibition held from Nov. 12 to 15 at the China Import and Export Fair in Guangzhou.
