our main production line include food extrusion machine,soya meal/meat processing machine,packaging machine,rice cake machine etc.most importantly,we also provide formula,technology supports,machine inspection service etc.
Raw material:
Corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, fish powder, bone powder, fresh bone and meat paste, etc.
or to use the corn feeds, rice feeds, wheat feeds directly, then a grains grinder will be added.
Double Screw Extruder
Model: LDSE65, 70, 85, 90, 95
Capacity: from 100kg/h to 3000kg/h.
1. Extruder is mainly composed of feeding, pre-conditioning, extrusion and cutting systems.
2. Main engine adopts inverter to adjust speed of screw according to changing of formula.
3. adopt building block system (BBS) to be adjustable for different technology.
4. Double-shaft pre-conditioner makes excellent result of mixing and conditioning, increasing capacity of extruder 10-15%.
5. Diameter of feed 1mm to 12mm can satisfy feed production for dog, cat, tortoise, bird, sea fish, shrimp and pet fish etc., and different shapes like bone, round, triangle, flower, etc.
6.Self-cleaning, when stopping, it can be cleaned without disassembling.
